FG CARDIO HEAT
A fun filled cardio blast! Enjoy great music in our FG Studio with disco lights and bodyweight exercises to move your body to the beat and let your hair down!
FG Cycle is a form of exercise which has elements of endurance, strength, intervals, high-intensity and recovery work. It combines the principles of isometrics with cardio blasting! Build a strong body and mind without heavily impacting your joints.
FG FAMILY YOGA
A 30 Minute class designed to help children improve their strength and focus as well as helping improve balance through a series of different poses in a relaxed, fun way. Available to children school age 4yrs and above with parent participation needed.
This class sits between studio boxing and the real thing. Learn to punch, weave and hold the pads and see you stamina improve week to week! Mixed with lots of functional bodyweight exercises, FG Box is a full body and interactive workout!
‘Workout of the Day’ utilising various functional movements and weights performed at high intensity. All workouts are completely scalable for all types of fitness to get leaner, stronger, fitter and more flexible as well as improving confidence in bar work and using weights.
FG FAMILY BURN
A chance to come and burn as a family! Still using Myzone Technology, your children can see exactly how hard they are working. This class is available for children/teens from school age 4yrs and with parents participation needed.
The Flagship of the FG Series where you will match cardio using the Myzone colours, then entering the Greenspace to take part in functional based fitness. This excellent for all ages and abilities, using Myzone to bring everyone together!
A fun based cardio workout! Learn a new routine to various songs from different times and genres after a cardio-based warm up to get the body moving! No previous dance experience necessary, suitable for all ages and levels to enjoy dancing in a fun, relaxed atmosphere!
A Hatha Vinyasa based class, suitable for all ages and abilities. Improve your strength and stretch whilst connecting the mind and body in a relaxing environment. Helping to improve mobility, balance, flexibility and core strength as well as improving our mental health and well being.
