Amy

Hi I'm Amy your gym manager!  I've been through the whole process from once a member to being the manager now! I took over in 2014 and we've made some great changes so far! Any questions don't hesitate to ask! Just drop them over to peterborough@feelgoodfitness.net

And I'll get back to you asap! That's if you don't see me before!  Keep an eye out for me on the gym floor, in the studio teaching classes, running around like a headless chicken with a to do list or sometimes hanging from the ceiling on a bit of silk!

Daniel Poli

Hi I’m Daniel Poli, I’ve been personal training now for a year, I have been working at Feelgood fitness for around 7 months and I have had the pleasure of working within a very motivated and dedicated team. I am very passionate when it comes to training myself and helping my clients reach their full protentional in their sessions with me, I am passionate about health and nutrition. I am qualified in all areas of training whether that be weight loss muscle building toning and strength training.

I can be found on the gym floor helping members with anything from nutritional advice to helping them with their own training programmes and helping them break through plateaus and giving advice or teaching new ways to work the muscles, teaching classes such as spinning or circuit classes.

Claire Roberts

Hi my name is Claire Roberts , I am a level 3 Personal Trainer and qualified Spin Instructor. I love working in the fitness industry where I get to help all members to the best of my ability. I LOVE to help and pass on my knowledge of how to achieve personal fitness goals in a safe enjoyable way!! Each individual member has their own personal milestone to achieve and it's an honour to be part of a great team to help you achieve your goals.

You will be able to find me on the treadmill, on the treadmill or on the treadmill… occasionally on a spin bike too! Check out my MYZONE too! See if you can catch me!!

Jack

Hi! I’m Jack, I have been working at feel good fitness for almost 2 years now, and I am very happy to be a part of such an amazing team who are all as interested in health and fitness as I am! I am very passionate about sports and out everything into my own training, I also love helping my clients reach their full potential, and see them build overtime to then achieve their goals. I am very knowledgeable in all areas of training from weight loss to muscle gain, I also love to help with sport specific training.

I can be found on the gym floor and I am more than happy to help at any time with any problem, whether it be needing new exercises, needing a spot or just general advice. It would also be great to see you at my boxing and HIIT classes.

James Wilson

What's up! I'm James. I'm training to be a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer in order for me to carry my qualification throughout my life wherever it takes me.  I'm an actor at heart! I make videos too, so catch me on YouTube if you want some fitness motivation @TheBeardedStrongman.

I'm also on MyZone!

I love FeelGood fitness as it's more a community rather than 'just a place to train' everyone knows everyone and we are all welcoming and willing to help out whenever it is needed!

Hey I'm James and I've been at Feelgood fitness for about 6 years. Im a level 3 personal trainer blah blah blah. Let's be honest you don't care about that boring stuff, I know I don't - you care about how I can help you. Well I'm all about making Health & fitness more fun.

FUN????

Yep you read that right - but HOW? you might ask. By simply showing up as the crazy life loving man child that I am I love starwars, puns, memes and Innuendos. Now don't get me wrong I'm serious about helping people have the best possible experience once they cross the Feelgood fresh hold. But other than that there is NO rule that says life has to be some damn serious so if that's the case neither does reaching your health goals. Remember that thing called FUN give it a go and thank me later 

Virginija

Hi my name is Virginija, I've been working at Feelgood fitness since September 2014. I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer and also qualified in Kettlebells, Spinning and Piloxing. I enjoy teaching classes and helping people achieve their fitness goals.

I am really happy that I have the opportunity to share my passion with our members! Especially mums who find it difficult with balancing family life and keeping up with the importance of regular exercise. I’d LOVE to help you get back to your previous body shape.

I know how hard it can be as I am a mum of two kids. Come and become a member of Feelgood Fitness and we will help you to achieve your goals!
